The Volute is an ancient type of vase pottery from Ancient Greece in Laconia. They can be found in naturally spawning structures, or created with pottery shards, alongside the amphora and kylix. There are several different coloration varieties that can be made. They are purely for decoration.

Broken Volute

The Broken Volute is what you get when you craft several Pottery Shards together. It can be placed down. It is a small vase-like object.

Restored Volute

The restored volute is what you get when you put a broken volute into an archeology workbench and fuel it with several pottery shards. It can be placed down and it is much more detailed but still has no colour. It also has dirt inside it.

Coloured Volute

The coloured volute is a coloured-in placeable volute, that can be crafted from the restored volute with dyes. It does not naturally spawn in any structures, and thus must be made by the player. There are three types of coloured Volutes, the red figure volute, the porcelain volute, and the black figure volute.
